We would be glad to extend a return policy to all serious bidders upon receiving the sash at your location. When you receive the sash, you will need to email us within the first 24 hours to state if you will be keeping or returning it. If returning it, the sash needs to be shipped back by UPS, Fedex or USPS insured and be received by us within 5 to 7 business days in the same condition as it was sent. Once we receive the sash back we inspect it and, if in the same condition as the sash was sent to you, we refund the price of the sash only. The shipping to you and from you will not be refunded only the cost of the sash. If we do not hear from you within the first 24 hours of receiving the sash, we will consider the sash satisfactory and no returns/refunds would be accepted.
