A proper fit for skates should fit 1-1.5 sizes smaller than your normal street shoes. CCM can be as much as 2 sizes for the larger adult foot (10.5 and above). Toes should barely touch the toe cap, while having no more than 1/4 inch of space in the heel. When finished lacing skates up, skates should feel snug with the foot resting flat on the foot bed. When sizing children, follow the above methods while allowing 1/2 size extra for growing room. Most skates use this formula except Mission skates, which run true to US shoe size. Transit Times:
Most items ship within 2 business days following payment; we do our best to ship within 24 hours. Allow up to 5 business days for delivery of ground shipments (default shipment type). Contact us for expidited shipping rates. Upon shipment of your items, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation and tracking number to the e-mail address provided during checkout.

International Shipping:
Hockey sticks will be sent via UPS or DHL International - the package is too large for USPS. All other purchases shipped via USPS Express Mail International. Global Express also available for faster delivery. Allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. If we do not have the item on hand, there is transit time to get to us so we can ship to you. We work to expidite as much as possible.

Items shipped outside the USA might be subject to local customs or duties. You are responsible for knowing about and paying local custom or duty charges (if applicable), we have no way of estimating those charges. We will provide an international tracking number once the package is shipped so you will know the status and location of your item. We are not responsible for items held up in customs or non-delivery (including theft) once the tracking shows the item has left the USA.
