If you are really looking to impress your guests you have found the perfect invitation. First I take a photograph of the guest of honor and then draw out their face. The face is then placed on the body form. Your wording is then incorporated into the invitation. And just wait until you get everyone's reaction after they receive their invitation!

How the process works and the items that will be needed

Photographs

To start I will need 3 photographs of the guest of honor. I will need 3 pictures so that I can choose the one that will work the best. Make sure it is a very clear photo and the must be face larger than a quarter in the original picture. Close ups work the best. Professional photography can only be used with the written consent of the photographer. This info should be emailed with your photos. Photos can be mailed or emailed. Mailed photos will be returned in original condition with the completed invites. Emailed photos should be sent at a high resolution. Low resolution or unclear photos I cannot use. Any questions on how to get high resolution images please contact me before purchasing.

*Note: When I create the image I choose only one image I know will work the best the other two photos I do not use in any way. I use that photo as a template that I draw on top of. So what the person looks like in the photo I choose is exactly what they will look like in the final cartoon. Please try to then choose photos that you like everything from their hair to the expression on their face even the way they are smiling. Make sure that you like all photos equally because I will choose the one that works the best even if there is one you like better. Only send photos of how they normally wear their hair.

Wording

Now I need to know who, what, where, and when. All of the wording you need on the invite needs to be emailed. I accept Word and Excell documents or you can include it in an email. The wording on the invitation is just an example. Please send me the party details just as you would like them worded on the invitation with spelling checked. I will then arrange the type to fit the invitation.

Proof

Your proof will be emailed 5 business days after the photographs and payment have been received. At this time you should review the proof and determine what changes or corrections need to be made. Once you have approved the proof no further changes can be made. If changes are needed you will receive them the next business day. A total of 3 sets of changes will be allowed. Any additional changes will be a $5.00 charge per set of changes. All changes requested must be approved before the invitations are mailed out. If no communication is received after proof has been emailed within two weeks invitations will be mailed as is.

Shipping

You have a choice of Priority Mail Shipping (2-5 business days) and Express Shipping (1-2 business days). If you need your invitations quickly I recommend choosing Express shipping. Invitations will be mailed out 3 business days after proof has been approved.

Turn Around Time

From the date that all info and payment has been received it will be 11-14 business days until you receive your invitations. (If changes are needed this will delay the turnaround time)

Additional Invitations

Invitations are sold in packs of 15. This listing will allow you to purchase a total of 60 invitations. (Qty 4) If you need more than 60 invitations please contact me to set up a special listing that will reflect the discount as listed below. Please note shipping is a flat rate no matter how many invites you purchase.
1-69 invitations $2.00 each
70-124 invitations $1.85 each
125+ invitations $1.80 each

Rush Orders

If you need your invitations faster than 11-14 business days it will be an additional $25.00 charge. All rush orders must be shipped Express Shipping please choose Express shipping when you check out. Your proof will be received in 2 business days and invitations will be mailed out the following business day after approval. If any changes are needed they will be sent the following business day.

Foreign Orders

For orders outside of the US PayPal is the only payment type I will accept.
