Pick-Up:

Delivery:

We will contact you with tracking information and expected arrival date. Items usually arrive within 5-7 business days after

processing of order.

Returns:

If an item arrives with noticeable external damage, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Internal inspection

MUST be done while the driver is present. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS INTERNAL INSPECTION PROCEDURE. We

do come across defective items from time to time. All defective items will be handled through the manufacturer. We will work

with our clients and manufacturers to insure the item will be working. Non-defective returns are excepted, however there is a

25% restocking fee. Everything must be returned in the original packaging or a return can not be processed.
