Our Shipping Timing
All items are mailed out same day or next business day after payment clearance from PayPal.  In rare occurrences we reserve the right to take up to 3 business days to mail out your item.  In the event we take longer then same day or next business day mailing then we will notify you via eBay messages.  If there are any instances that require you to have a need for additional time please notify us.   (Please note business days are Monday – Friday (excluding American postal holidays)

Our Shipping Advantages
We offer a competitive combined shipping rate of only $2.00 for each additional item purchased. If purchasing a large amount of orders from us we will cap out your combined shipping fee to $15.00 flat.  If you combined shipping package weighs more then 13.0oz then we will also UPGRADE your items to PRIORITY SHIPPING for no additional costs.  Also by choosing us you are saving big from companies like Murad who have recently increased their first class mail rate to $8.95

More Shipping Information
We strive to offer very competitive rates for shipping and handling.  Our shipping and handling fees aid us in recovering some of the costs associated with eBay & PayPal fees, shipping supplies, and Postage.  Although shipping and handling fees do not recover all costs associated with shipping, it does allow for us to stay competitive in price and fight the ongoing increases on postage, supplies, and annual fee increases with eBay & PayPal.  In order to allow you to shop around with us and give you the best possible shopping experience we allow you to take up to 7 business days to make payment after your initial commitment.

My name is Josiah Keller.  I am the President and Owner of Central Florida Skincare Rx.  Many of you probably are more familiar with our former company name “ESolutions”.  We are a family owned and operated company looking to make a difference in any way we can.  We see so many families struggling to pay their mortgages and can no longer pay for skincare services through large retail companies.   In November 2008 we decided to open an online eBay store to help families get their skincare products at clearance prices.  We find joy and pleasure to know our family is helping other families across the nation stay on top together by offering clearance rates and world class customer service.  We have also created a list of commitments that we live by.

Our NEW 7 Day Return Policy
As of October 01st 2009 our customers can enjoy a new 7 day return policy.  We except returns with no questions asked up to 7 days after receipt.  We except returns on products that are “Un-used” and in “Sellable” condition.  Upon returning the product please allow us up to 5 business days to issue a refund as we have to have our specialist inspect the returned item.  If the item appears to be tampered with in any way then we will have no choice but to deny any and all refunds and send the product back to you.    

In addition to the return of the product, all advertised and unadvertised samples and products must be returned in un-used / Sellable condition.  In the event any of the free samples or products is not returned with the product then we will have no choice but to deduct the retail value of these products off your total refund.  We reserve the right to make exceptions to any and all the rules listed above on a per case basis.
