Payment Policy

• Accepted payment methods:
• Paypal- credit/debit cards, e-checks, bank account payment
• MoneyBookers- most credit cards accepted
• Payment must be made within 7 days

Shipping Policy

• I will combine shipping on multiple items that are paid for in one payment
• Local pick up can be arranged with no shipping charge
• Domestic:
• Items will be shipped in 3 days or less from receiving cleared payment
• First class mail is for packages under 13 ounces only
• Parcel Post and Priority mail through USPS are offered
• Delivery confirmation is usually included
• International:
• I will ship to countries considered domestic to the US and to Canada
• First Class International packages are shipped on Saturdays Only and may take up to 15-20 days after it has been shipped
• Priority International will be shipped in 3 days or less and usually takes 6-10 days after shipment
• These shipping times may vary depending on local customs
• APO/FPO addresses are ok

Returns Policy

• Returns are accepted if the item has been grossly misrepresented, item is incorrect, or arrived damaged and was insured. Item must be in it's original state (ie: unopened, sealed, with tags, etc)
• Please contact me before leaving feedback if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. I am willing to work with you to make sure that you are happy.
• I am not at fault for damage incurred during shipping for items that were not insured
• No Returns on Body Jewelry and some beauty products. This is for sanitary purposes and to abide by the laws of most states. If you are unsure please contact me for more details.
