Shipping Delays: Every effort is made to complete your order immediately. However, due to heavy sales or the inability by the manufacturer to meet our needs, an item may be out of stock. This rarely happens, if it does, we will either offer to give you a complete refund or complete the order as soon as possible
Emails: Please make sure we have your correct email address, as we always email our customers with acknowledgement of receipt of payment, tracking numbers and scheduled delivery date. Quite often our emails are not received by the customer either because of spam blockers or the eBay information is not up to date.
**Payment: We will accept payments made through Paypal, Credit Cards. Payments must be made within 7 days of purchase agreement. If there is a problem, please contact us to resolve the issue.
**Shipping: Most of our products will be shipped via UPS Ground, therefore, we will need a street address for shipping purposes. We will ship to the continental USA. Alaska, Hawaii and APO's please contact us for pricing BEFORE making your purchase. Alternate shipping methods may be used. Please contact us for shipping to Canada.
**Returns- If for some reason you wish to return your item, you must email us and provide us with your name, order number, or invoice number, and date purchased. We will then give you a RMA #, which must clearly be marked on the outside of the package. You must also include a copy of your invoice and a copy of our email to you inside the package with the RMA#. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee -We will gladly accept returns if you are not satisfied with the item. However, if for some reason you do not wish to keep the item, you will be responsible for all shipping charges back to us. All returns must be in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. If your item was shipped free, we will refund the purchase price minus Our cost of shipping it to you. A 10% re-stocking fee will also be applied. In the case of dog fences, if the wire or flags have been installed either below ground or above, we are unable to accept it back as a return. In that case we will accept all other components transmitter, collars, transformers etc. as long as they are in the same packaging and condition as when received and adjust your refund accordingly. For Defective items, please contact the manufacturer directly. If you are returning a collar for exchange for a different type collar, shipping charges will apply to the second collar if the first collar shipped free. |
