Payments Accepted:

We accept PayPal Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

We will only ship to the billing address on credit cards after we have confirmed it is authentic.

Fees:

Shipments and pick up’s (in CA) require Los Angeles County sales tax. 9.25%
Shipping Information:

We normally ship your order within 5 to 7 busniess days for large items and 3 to 5 days small issues.

We will ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for additional shipping

fees.

We will not ship to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. Boxes.

All items are shipped  are givn the option to pay for insurance but there will be an additional charge.
Large items usually ship freight carrier to insure safe arrival.

Please note that extra

shipping fees may apply in some remote areas. Please contact us to verify shipping prices. Shipping is curbside,

however in most cases if someone is willing and capable to help the driver, the driver "usually" is willing to help

put the item where needed. (Additional services are available, please contact us for details).

Pick-Up:

Items can be picked up  at our location but handling fees may apply due to the size of the item. Please email us for details.

Delivery:

We will contact you with tracking information and expected arrival date. Items usually arrive within 5-7 business

days after receiving your order.

Returns:

If an item arrives with noticeable external damage, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Internal inspection MUST be done while the driver is present. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS INTERNAL INSPECTION

PROCEDURE. On the outside chance an item arrives defective, please contact us within 30 days.. After 30 days all defective items will be handled through the

manufacturer. We will work with you and the manufacturer to insure the item will be working.
Returns are excepted, however there is a 25% restocking fee. Everything must be returned in the original packaging

or a return can not be processed.
