Shipping Information and Shipping Discounts
  • YOU MUST PAY FOR ALL ITEMS IN ONE PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL IN ORDER TO GET THE SHIPPING DISCOUNT. We use an automated shipping program that prints your labels directly from Paypal. If you make separate payments, Paypal will instruct the program to print separate labels. We can only give you a shipping discount if we are given the shipping discount.
  • USA Shipments: For additional items the highest shipping cost is calculated first. There is free shipping on this item therefore there is no shipping discount.
  • Canada Shipments: For multiple items, the highest shipping cost is calculated first and each additional item is only $4.00
  • For international shipments please note that your package made be held up in your country's customs so that they may inspect it. This process can take a day or a number of weeks. We do not have control over any packages in customs and cannot guarantee a timely delivery. It normally takes 2-3 weeks although it has taken up to 6 weeks in rare instances.
  • International shipments please note that we will not mark any items as gift nor will we misrepresent the price you paid us. You may have to pay duties on the items you are purchasing.

    • We charge $2.00 per item. You must purchase the insurance in order for us to file a claim. If you did not purchase the insurance, we will not be held responsible for damages that occurred during shipment of your product.
    Returns
    • If your purchase was made in error, we will gladly accept the unused items back and refund 100% of the purchase price. In order to return an item contact us through Ebay's message system to obtain an RMA number. After obtaining an RMA number, you must ship the item back to us at your expense. Once we receive the item we will inspect it and refund using paypal within 48 hours. All returns must be unused and received undamaged. We personally inspect every return and make the final decision on whether the item is considered to be in the same condition as when we shipped it out. If any return does not pass our inspection, it will  be the buyers responsibility to repay to have the item shipped back to them otherwise we will hold it for 15 days before disposing of it. We must receive the item within 30 days from the date delivery confirmation shows that you took possession of it.
