We offer DELIVERY CONFIRMATION at no extra charge for US parcels. Delivery Confirmation confirms the delivery of your package not tracking. USPS doesn't display delivery transit information for this service. If a label was printed your package was dropped off & shipped.

US DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIME

US Domestic Orders will typically leave our business in 1 - 3 business days. The majority of the time we ship within 24 hours unless we have sold out on particular item and are awaiting replacement to arrive. We appreciate your patience when this happens. We will try to make your transaction as quick and pleasant as possible for you without any wait. Please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery in the US. Most items arrive before then but we can not give exact shipping estimates because Shipping is done through a third party and we have no control over delivery times.

INSURANCE

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Insurance is offered at US buyer's discretion and recommended should any damage occur after leaving our business.

We offer insurance for your parcel per request. Should your parcel be lost, stolen or damaged a claim can be filed after the stipulations below are met:

►Damage, rifling or theft - Please notify us so we can start claim paperwork.

►LOSS OR NON RECEIPT

US SHIPMENTS - a claim can be filed 21 days after non-receipt or loss

INTERNATIONAL - a claim can be filed 45 days after non-receipt or loss

An affidavit must be filled out by the recipient. Recipient must fax or Send affidavit scanned in an email back to us so we can forward for claim payment. Failure to do so will result in no refund or replacement.

Please be patient with us during this process as we don't set these rules the insurance company does and we both have to abide by them. We understand it can be frustrating to wait.

International packages will leave our business in 3-5 business days. Please allow at least 7-21 days for delivery.

►International buyers please wait for us to send a combined invoice with the correct amount or Request a shipping quote through eBay and then pay auction. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT FREE. If shipping is incorrect, payment will be refunded and the item(s) will be re-billed with the correct shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIME

1. International parcels have to be processed through customs and this may cause a delay at times. Once again, we cannot foresee the rate of speed these government agencies will take. By bidding on this auction, you agree not to hold us liable for delivery delays caused by shipping couriers or customs agencies.

2. Express Mail is the only service that offers tracking. First Class Mail International and Standard Mail International usually confirm when an item was delivered. First Class & Standard International Mail can take up to 45 days to clear customs. Delayed delivery time doesn't always happen but we wanted you to be aware of this. If you purchased First Class Mail or Standard Mail International you may see some parcel transit information but it is normal to see that a label was generated and nothing else. The receiving Postal service only scans items in when they deliver it. So don't worry your parcel is in transit or probably awaiting clearance in customs.

PLEASE NOTE: STANDARD MAIL or FIRST CLASS MAIL can sometimes take up to 45 days to clear customs. Remember because you receive packages in a short time frame before doesn't mean that they will all arrive in that time frame always. We send parcels out quickly but customs can hold on to them for a long time. Especially First Class Mail and Standard Mail options. Apologies we have no control over the delivery and appreciate your patience if you have to wait unusually long times for your item to arrive.
