Classics Illustrated #18 "Hunchback..Notre Dame" V Hugo

 Hello and welcome to my storefront.  This is a Classics Illustrated Comic, Issue #18.  It is titled "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" by Victor Hugo.  The Publish date on this Comic books is April 1966.  Published and Copyrighted by Gilberton Company Inc., and printed in the USA.  This is a wonderful way to keep someone's attention on the Story of "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" with great illustrations for a wondfully flowing storyline.

The Comic book itself is in good condition.  While there is some slight fraying of the paper at the spine of the Comic, and also the top staple no longer attaches the cover to the Comic (the bottom staple does this).  Also pages 23, 24, and 25 are a bit frayed at the right end of the pages, all of this is due to age.  The Comic comes in wonderfully illustrated pages, with a Biography of Victor Hugo at the end of the Comic.  It follows the plot of the story in Comic book form with the pictures of the characters with the word bubbles that point to their mouths, as is standard in most Comic books.  Again, this is a great way to keep someone's interest in the story line, an easy way to get a book report done, or an essay on the plot of the book itself.
