All of our shipping service is shipped via GROUND SERVICE only; unless customer requests it to have it shipped next day, or guaranteed 3 days.  These and Extra services are additional charges and they must be arranged prior to submitting in your bid.

Every item is packaged in its original Brand New Factory box.

A Tracking Number will be provided for every item shipped out to our customers via your PAYPAL account information.

Please carefully inspect your package once it arrives.

We cannot take responsibility for items lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

RETURNS:

• Returns are accepted on a Exchange-Basis, ONLY if item is defected.
• All of our items are BRAND NEW and comes in its own original box. We do not sell anything used unless otherwise noted in the auction.
• If the item shows up damaged, the buyer must report any defect/damage to us within 48 hours of receiving the item, for an exchange authorization.
• All items must be returned in its original and UNUSED condition. All returns must remain unremoved and in its original untampered form.
• Item MUST be returned to us no later than (3) days after you have received it.

• Again, we carefully package our items with care, but we cannot take any responsibility for items lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
• Please note that we do not provide local pickup service.
