We ship via USPS. Tracking and delivery confirmation are included. Express Mail: This is the fastest option. If you want your items overnight (most locations ... check with your local post office) after we ship them, upgrade to Express Mail. Because the shipping and handling charge for Express Mail varies widely depending on the distance, we will provide a personalized Express Mail quote upon request via e-mail.*
