PLEASE READ OUR TERMS And Conditions Of Sale Carefully:

-          Please do not bid if you DO NOT INTEND TO PAY. All unpaid items will be reported to eBay.

-          If payment is not made within 7 days of auction end item will be re-listed and negative feedback will be left. Unless the buyer contacts us with a date of payment.

-          All lost or damaged freight claims must be settled by the courier before we can issue refunds or ship out replacements to our customers.

-      Item will be shipped insured and costs are included in the handling fees. Offered only on items we ship via our carrier. Coverage is for the bid amount only and does not cover shipping/handling charges. We are not responsible for damage and loss if you didn't buy the optional insurance at the checkout and will not address your issue.

-          If a new item listed arrives damaged, we MUST be notified within 24 hours in order to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, it will be more difficult to process your claim paperwork and we will not be responsible for any declines on claims or delays.

-          Refunds and exchanges are only given in the extreme case that the item does not work. We must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of item. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Understand shipping is never refundable, only the price of the item. If a refund is approved, credit will only be issued when the unit has been returned in the condition that it left our warehouse (including all parts and manuals included & any serial numbers must match with our records).  

-          Feedback will be left as soon as we have received feedback from our customers.

-          Most of our merchandise is new store returns, scratch and dent items, closeouts, discontinued and floor models.  We try to list all misc. items included with this product in our description.  Please do not assume that installation accessories, manuals, trim pieces, misc. hardware are included.  Though we do our best, our information may not be correct or incomplete. We will reject your claim even though you may think it is misrepresented or not as advertised. So you rely on your own judgment, knowledge and picture when bidding. If there is something you need to know please email us before bidding.

-          Emails are answered Mon-Friday between 10am and 5pm Central Time.  

                           Please try to contact us through eBay instead of email.

SHIPPING TERMS: 

ALL Shipping & Handling charges are buyer's responsibility. Unless otherwise specified in the listing we normally ship within 5 Business Days (Mon-Fri) after payment is finalized. We also allow customers to come to our facility to pick up their winning items.  We do not charge extra for pick-ups.  We will even load it into your vehicle for you.  Please remember to bring tie downs or rope to secure your item in safely.

Local Pick-ups are available Mon-Sat. (10am - 5pm).  

We will help buyers load their purchased item, but due to insurance purposes, the buyer is responsible for the tying and strapping down of their purchased item. 

- We use Different Freight Carriers, FedEx and UPS as our main shipping carriers. We reserve the right to choose the courier. Tracking# will be provided if available. For freight codes please inlude your zip code.

- Successful bidder agrees to pay shipping charges plus a packaging and handling fee.

- We only ship to the immediate Continental United States. (No Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and No P.O. Box Addresses).

Please note that some of the items in our auctions do not have the original packaging.  But they will be shipped with extreme packaging.  

NOTE: you can save more money if you have a commercial address with loading dock. 

PAYMENT POLICY: 

Payment must be made within 3 days from the end of the auction. A contact telephone number must be provided for shipping purposes.  Funds must clear before shipping. Pick up item to take place within 7 days following receipt of payment.  I will leave feedback only after the transaction is complete and ask that you do the same.  Freight quotes do not include residential inside delivery, (extra charges apply).

All of our items auctioned are sold “AS IS”.  We accept returns in the extreme case item does not work.

Florida residents and Local pickups are responsible for 7.5% sales tax.
