Warranty - Most HVAC manufacturers offer warranty on their units from date of original installation. It is your responsibility to fill out warranty card and mail in. We are not their distributor and can NOT assist you in obtaining that warranty. We distribute excess or liquidated items. Refunds - The item you are bidding on is being SOLD - AS IS. No warranty or guarantees apply.

Purchases - Once you have committed to purchase an item - we follow ebay rules that this transaction is a legal and binding contract.  Any non completed sale will have negative feedback left and a non paying bidder complaint will be issued. Buyer agrees to allow seller to choose mode of transportation.

Payments- We accept Paypal or Credit Card, if paying via credit card and purchase is over $500.00 we will fax you an authorization form, this must be filled out, signed and returned to us prior to delivery)
