    Once payment has processed thru Paypal item will ship directly from warehouse within 2-5 business days.  We ask that you allow ample time prior to your event/occasion prior to biding to ensure item arrives in plenty of time event. 

    Please note that personalized items take anywhere from 7 - 10 business days for production not including the shipping time.

    We ship UPS ground to street addresses only no PO boxes.  If you require a rush order please contact us for pricing and details.

    Our shipping charges are for the United States and we ask that International and Canadian orders contact us first for shipping charges and also be aware that International and  Canada orders have custom fees that we have no control over.   If you reside in the following states Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico please contact us for shipping charges as unfortunately they vary.

    At the time the auction is listed, the item is in stock and ready for shipment directly from the manufacturer. However, due to strong demand for certain items, they may become out of stock without warning.
