Please notesome of our items are shelf pulls: this is because they rattle in the case, artwork sleeve may have been cut when box was opened, case got smashed, etc.
We take these items: check DVD, test, replace them to spindle or we open the item, tested, and replace case with a new standard black. If items are used we test, replace worn cases, clean (case from sticker residue & DVDs) and repair if scratched. We spend a lot of time to try bringing you a quality viewing item at a reasonable price.
