U.S. & International Shipping Information

All shipping is based upon your location and will be calculated using eBay’s shipping calculator. Shipping prices can not be altered by the seller. Method of shipment will be decided by the seller based on location on buyer and the weight of the items purchased.

Payment Information

You can either checkout using the checkout button located within the eBay auction, or wait for the email that will be automatically sent after the auction has ended. The email will contain a link to our easy and secure checkout system where shipping will be correctly calculated for your location as well as the option of several payment methods.

We will accept payment using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Coupon codes are not valid for purchases made on eBay. These codes can only be used for purchases on our website.

Combined Shipping

We do offer a combined shipping discount to our customers. Upon winning more than one auction – you will automatically receive a shipping discount on all items that are paid for and shipped together. Please note: In order to take advantage of this feature – all items to be combined must be checked out within 7 days of the first item won (i.e. if you won an item on a Monday and then another item on a Thursday – they can be combined. If you won an item on a Monday and then another one 2 weeks later – the combination feature will not be available).

When an item or group of items is shipped - you will automatically receive an email containing the date that the items shipped, the address and the tracking / delivery confirmation / customs form number. If you notice a correction that needs to be made upon receiving this email - please contact customer service immediately.

Insurance

Insurance is optional on all of our items. If you do choose the insurance option – it is a flat rate of $1.65 and will cover your entire purchase (i.e. You don’t have to pay insurance on each individual item).

International Buyers

All international shipments under 4 pounds will be shipped International First Class. Shipments over 4 pounds will be shipped International Priority Mail.
A customs form number will be issued with the shipment of an international package. Home Network Supply does not offer an international shipping service that uses tracking numbers.
You are responsible for any and all taxes and duties which will be charged upon delivery. Please contact your local post office to determine your estimated taxes and duties.
We will not mark items as “gifts”.
We will value items using actual product value.

Return Policy

Home Network Supply does offer a 30 day unconditional return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please visit our returns page for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the Home Network Supply warehouse within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory.

If a product is not defective - the buyer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs and will be credited for their order minus the original shipping charge upon receipt by Home Network Supply.
