Returns: At BargainDevices, your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.  If you have a TECHNICAL issue with any product within 7 days from the date of purchase, Bargain Devices will 1.) promptly provide you with a replacement if in stock or 2.) a refund if the product is out of stock. Simply send an email to sales@bargaindevices.com referencing your order number and an explanation of the technical issue.  If the item qualifies for a refund, BargainDevices will e-mail the Buyer the return instructions including the return shipping address.  Any unauthorized returns will be shipped back to the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense.  BargainDevices is not responsible for any packages lost or damage during shipping for returns.  All return shipments must including a tracking number and delivery confirmation.  BargainDevices highly recommend the Buyer places insurance on the return shipment as well.
