Shipment

Item will be shipped within 3 working days after full payment is received. Buyers in U.S. will receive item within 7 working days.Other buyers will receive item within 7-20working days. We will send email to you once the item mailed. Please email us if you havn’t received our email after 5 days of full payment sent.

We only ship to the approved address given in PayPal payment. Please make sure payment address in PayPal is correct. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund or replacement policy.

Return policy

In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are not refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for shipping products back.

Note:

• In order to ensure your valuable safty and dry, all of items are tested by us before ship to buyer. But please test it again before you use it.
• How to test : put a piece of  toilet paper into the waterproof case, then put the closed pouch into the water for an hour. after that you will know whether it is leaking.
