Product Availability

We do our very best to have all products in stock, everyday.  We do however also own a full retail store and “Real Time” inventory is not possible.  On an occasion, we will sell out of a product that is still on ebay.  We try to remove the item as soon as we are aware that we are sold out.  Also, manufactures discontinue products everyday.  Again we try to remove items that have been discontinued as soon as we are notified that we can no longer obtain the item.  Should you purchase an item that is out of stock or has been discontinued, we apologize in advance.  If the item is sold out, you will be given the opportunity to exchange the item, receive a refund for the item or allow us to ship the back-ordered item, at no additional charge to you, once we receive it back in stock.  If you have purchased a discontinued item, we will issue you a refund.  Please note that it may take a few days for us to contact you about the backordered item or the discontinued item.  Scrapbooking Made Simple is an Authorized Sizzix Distributor.

Emails

We generally send you up to three emails when you make a purchase with us.  The first is thanking you for your purchase.  The second email is thanking you for your payment so you know that we received it.  The last email is letting you know that your item has been shipped.  This may or may not contain a delivery confirmation number.  This is NOT a tracking number.  It will just confirm that the package was delivered to the address.  If you do not receive these emails, please check your Spam or junk mail folder, as it is possible your IP provider sent them there.  We do our best to answer your emails as quickly as possible...keep in mind that there may be a delay answering your email that was sent on a weekend.

Payment Information

PayPal is our preferred payment method.  Please email us for information on how to pay us directly with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Payment is due within 7 days of purchase unless you have sent an email letting us know you are still shopping.  Orders that have not been paid for within the 7 days are subject to a Non-Paying Buyer Claim filed with ebay.  If you need a bit more time to pay, we understand…just drop us an email…we are happy to work with you!

Combined Shipping Invoices and Shipping Information

We will combine postage when possible. Please let us know when you are done shopping so we can do this.  If you do not request combined shipping from us, we are assuming that you agree with the shipping charges.

We do our best to process and ship orders within 3-4 BUSINESS days after payment however, shipping can take up to 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.  If you have a question about shipping time, please ASK before buying.  If you make your purchase, we are assuming that you agree to our shipping time frame.

After your package has shipped, please allow at least 5-7 days for it to arrive for Domestic Shipping.  We will send an email letting you know that your item has been shipped.  This may or may not contain a delivery confirmation number.  This is NOT a tracking number.  It will just confirm that the package was delivered to the address.  Insurance is optional and will be offered on your invoice.  Should you decline insurance, we will not be held responsible for your package should it be lost in the mail. 

After your package has shipped, please allow at least 6-12 days for it to arrive for International Shipping.  Please note…it can take up to 30 days for International packages to arrive.  We cannot control how long customs holds the package.

Insurance is optional, and we will NOT be held responsible for damaged or lost mail. If you would like combined shipping for all your items...You must request a combined shipping total.  

Feedback-DSR’s

Ebay has rules and guidelines for Feedback and DSR’s.  The fee’s we pay ebay are now based off the “5 Star DSR Ratings” that you leave for us.  We do try to offer you the newest dies and embossing folders at great prices.  By leaving us 5 Stars and positive feedback, we can continue to bring you the very best products from the manufactures that you love!  Remember, we have tried to give you as much information as possible before you order from us…but we are human and mistakes can happen.  We hope that you would give us the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues.
