Although this item is monogrammed, there are many different ways that you could personalize yourself. Here are a few ideas:
Carefully remove existing name with a seam ripper or cuticle scissors. Re-monogram the new name over where the old one was.
Cross stitch or write, using puff fabric paint, the name on another piece of fabric and sew that fabric on directly over old monogram. 
Buy iron-on or sew-on letters on place directly over the monogram.
Buy a thick ribbon and sew over old monogram. Place iron-on, sew-on, or stick on letters directly on ribbon.
Or turn it around and hang it the other direction.
