Shipping:

Payment must be received within 7 days once the auction ended. As we have no airline to some countries, we can't ship to South American countries (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, etc), Italy, Venezuela.

Item will be shipped out within 1~2 business days after payment cleared. It usually takes 8~12 business days to US.

We charge both Shipping Postage & Handling Fee to cover our processing cost.

Return policy:

We appreciate your interests and trust in our products. We have very strict quality control system, so we have extremely low defect rate. However, if you want to return the item, please follow these instructions:

   A, Within 1 month after the transaction, full refund (without shipping fee) will be offered only after we receive the returned item within its original box (sealed). Most cases, buyers have to pay the return shipping fee.

We won’t cover the loss under following situations:

l         The well-packed item is damaged in transportation, which has no insurance;

l        The item is misused by improper operation;

l        The item has not been installed, operated, maintained in accordance with the instruction manual; any significant repair or modification has been made before shipping it back.

   B, Within 2 months after the transaction, full refund is not acceptable but we will promise to offer a brand new reshipment only after we receive your returned item. The buyer and the seller will share the postage.

In case you were an unlucky one who got an extremely rare faulty product, before you send it back, please email us so that we can solve your problem or tell you where to return.
