If you recieve any Item that is not working or as described then Email me the problem and send it back for a full refund minus shipping costs  refund  for the Item will be done after i have recieved the Item back & can inspect it. If it is not stated do not assume, ask if its included or anything else about an item. I'm only human i could of missed something. Returns must be returned within 7 days of Recieving the item. I will answer any emails sent to me as soon as i can but I'm not a big business, its just me checking and i do go out. so keep this in mind. If buying from the states or other countries shipments can take longer and sometimes there are fees, usually not on games or cds but it does happen. I'm not responsible for these fees. shipping outside of Canada for me can also be quite costly. I will NOT overcharge for shipping so if i use a flat-rate and the actual shipping costs work out to be much less (over a dollar) You will be refunded the extra paid.

Also due to new rules of sellers responsibility, shipping will come with delivery confirmation and Insurance. which may or may not include a tracking number.  I will ship Items off Between 1 to 2 days after purchase. excluding weekends. I can combine shipping but i will need to be contacted before purchase or bidding so that i can get a quote. however it would definatly be alot cheaper to combine shipping if buying more then one item.
