 IT IS A SINGLE-SEAT AIR SUPERIORITY FIGHTER WITH A SEDONDARY STRIKE/ATTACK ROLE! BUILT BY MCDONALD-DOUGLAS, THE FIRST F-15 TOOK TO THE AIR IN JULY OF 1972.

THE POWER IS SUPPLIED BY 2- 23,800 LB. PRATT AND WHITNEY F-100 PW-100 TURBOFANS. IT IS CAPABLE OF A TOP SPEED OF A STUNNING 1,650MPH!!
