If you make separate payments, Paypal will instruct the program to print separate labels. We can only give you a shipping discount if we are given the shipping discount.   • USA Shipments: For additional items the highest shipping cost is calculated first. There is free shipping on this item therefore there is no shipping discount.
  • Canada Shipments: For multiple items, the highest shipping cost is calculated first and each additional item is only $4.00
  • For international shipments please note that your package made be held up in your country's customs so that they may inspect it. This process can take a day or a number of weeks.     • WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS THAT HAVE BEEN TAKEN OUT OF THE SHRINK WRAP. IF YOU GET A DAMAGED LOTION - DO NOT OPEN IT AND CONTACT US. BY TAKING ANY LOTION OUT OF THE SHRINK WRAP, YOU ARE ACCEPTING IT. If your item is returned to us for any reason through no fault of our own then we will charge a shipping fee when refunding your item as it is a cost we have incurred when shipping it out to you. If your purchase was made in error, we will gladly accept the unused items back and refund 100% of the purchase price. In order to return an item contact us through Ebay's message system to obtain an RMA number. After obtaining an RMA number, you must ship the item back to us at your expense. Once we receive the item we will inspect it and refund using paypal within 48 hours. All returns must be unused and received undamaged.
