All domestic orders take from to 1-3 business days for us to process before we ship. While most order ship out same day, we do take up to 3 business days to ship. International orders take 2-7 days to process before we ship, mostly for verification. (Even if you are upgraded to express delivery, the processing time does not change. If you need something guaranteed to ship out when you place the order, call us, and we can try to accommodate you.) |

We are not responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees to our valued Canadian or Overseas customers. This includes main orders, backorders, reships, or accessory orders. We will not and cannot mark items for lower values, or as gifts. |

Our exchange policy is 7 days from when you receive the unit. For returns, there is 5-15% restock fee only for unused or DOA merchandise. We do not pay for your shipping back to us, but we will pay to ship the exchange out to you. For Projectors and TVs, there is no return policy, please use the manufacturer’s warranty for service. |

All of our products are covered by a warranty of 1 years parts and 90 days for labor. Due to our very low low prices, we are prevented from listing our items with manufacturer warranty. Our products are the same as if you bought in stores |
