This auction is for a book in hard.  It is in acceptable used condition.  Has some damage (please see picture) to the cover on the front & back.  There is a spine tilt.  Pages have some underlining/high-lighting as this was a well-loved & used book.  This is the 2nd edition and is very hard to find.  Great price, or make an offer!
