SHIPPING TERMS:
The buyer is to pay all shipping and handling charges. Most items will be listed with the eBay shipping calculator so that you can estimate your shipping cost prior to bidding.

FIXED SHIPPING RATE - CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY!
If a fixed shipping rate is stated in the ad, it applies to shipment within the Continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and international will need to contact me for shipping rates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT-CUSTOMS DECLARATION:
International customs fees and customs brokerage fees (if applicable), including, but not limited to import duties, taxes and charges, are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your countries customs office to determine what, if any, these additional charges will be prior to bidding/buying. The customs declaration form will be filled out truthfully with the actual bid amount given as the value of the package. We will not mark items as gifts or claim a value less than what has been paid for the item.

Not all items are available for sale outside the U.S. Some of the items we sell may be prohibited for sale outside the U.S. by eBay or by the U.S. Government. We will not ship such items outside the U.S.

If you buy an item that is illegal to import into your country, or your item is confiscated by customs officials for any reason, we cannot refund you. You, the buyer are responsible for knowing your local laws and determining the legality of your purchase.
 
INSURANCE CLAIMS - LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If an item is damaged or lost during shipment, please notify me at once. It is important to keep the shipping container and original packaging materials for any item damaged during shipment. Failure to do this may nullify your right to a claim.
