We will only ship to the billing address on credit cards after we have confirmed it is authentic.

Shipments and pick up’s (in CA) require Los Angeles County sales tax. 9.75%
Shipping Information:

We normally ship your order within 7 to 10 busniess days for (large items) and 3 to 5 days small issues.

We will ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for additional shipping

fees.

We will not ship to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. Boxes.

All items are shipped are givn the option to pay for insurance but there will be an additional charge.
Large items usually ship freight carrier to insure safe arrival.

Delivery:

We will contact you with tracking information and expected arrival date. Items usually arrive within 5-7 business

days after receiving your order.

Returns:

If an item arrives with noticeable external damage, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Internal inspection MUST be done while the driver is present. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS INTERNAL INSPECTION

PROCEDURE. On the outside chance an item arrives defective, please contact us within 30 days.. After 30 days all defective items will be handled through the

manufacturer. We will work with you and the manufacturer to insure the item will be working. If your unhappy for any reason with the item unless it is defective you can return the item but
there is a 15% restocking fee. Everything must be returned in the original packaging or a return can not be processed.

Our return policy is that if for some reason other then it being deffective or damage, we will allow a return within 3 days of receiving the item. However you must return all the original contents and packaging with it. Please also be advised that the items have to shipped back to us 3 day air. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee for returned items and if the item is damaged due to shipping and handling ALL damages must be reported in 24hrs from the time it has arrived.
