Hutzler Brothers would like to thank you for your confidence. we know you have a lot of choices for your shopping and we are honored that you are considering a purchase from us. as early as 1868 Hutzler Brothers of baltimore were innovators in retail sales by refunding money to customers dissatisfied with merchandise.

 

when we receive an order we double-check the item to make sure that what we are about to ship matches what we have listed. if there is anything that we believe has been incorrectly stated in our listing, we will contact you and let you know what the discrepancy is prior to shipping. if you do not want the item we will return your payment in full prior to shipment. our quality control check may cause a short delay in shipping but we are anxious to see that you receive exactly what you have purchased. why do we do this? you might say, we're just a chip off the old block.

the time it takes for your item to arrive is dependent upon the shipper. we share this because occasionally shipping takes longer to reach a buyer than the buyer feels is appropriate. please do not blame us for the amount of time your order is in-transit. we do our best to get you prompt delivery by shipping your order within 24 hours of being paid!

Shipping and Handling	·   Hutzler Brothers will package and ship your Item(s) with the utmost care to ensure safe arrival.. ·   The Item(s) on this listing will be shipped using the services described in the listing. Other shippers may be used. ·   The Item(s) on this listing are insured for the amount of your purchase. Hutzler Brothers is not the owner nor Seller of the Item(s), but a bailee acting on behalf of the Seller to facilitate the sale of the Item(s) by marketing, holding the product until such time as a sale is completed and handling the entire financial transaction between the Buyer and Seller. Once the Item(s) are shipped to the Buyer, we no longer have control over the Item(s) but we still have a financial obligation to the Seller. If you don’t love your Item(s), contact us through the eBay message system or call us at (520) 743-0346 for a return authorization within three days of your receipt and Hutzler Brothers will return your money. ·   Only the cost of the Item(s) is refunded; Hutzler Brothers does not refund associated shipping and insurance charges. ·   The insurance and shipping costs for returning Item(s) are the responsibility of the Buyer. Insurance is required on all returns. ·   Your refund will be via PayPal, check or other electronic means. ·   Your Item(s) must be returned in their original undamaged condition. If Item(s) are damaged in shipment, please promptly notify Hutzler Brothers using the eBay message system so we can file a claim with the Shipper. ·   When a Return Authorization for Item(s) is APPROVED by Hutzler Brothers, Buyer must repackage the Item(s) in the same or new boxes with the same amount of adequate packing material as when received. If Buyer does not package the Item(s) properly and Hutzler Brothers receives the Item(s) damaged no refund will be given. No refund or exchange will be made until the Item(s) are safely back in our possession and they have been inspected (No Exceptions). If Buyer returns the Item(s) to Hutzler Brothers and they are damaged in shipment to the Seller and the Item(s) are not covered by Insurance, Hutzler Brothers will not provide the Buyer a refund. ·   If Buyer returns the Item(s) undamaged to Hutzler Brothers but the Buyer did not receive an APPROVED Return Authorization, a 20% restocking fee will be charged prior to issuing a refund.
