You are buying , one , new `58mm` Infrared Filter with a 37mm to 58mm adapter so that the filter can be used with 37mm lens threads ... that allows the `X-Ray Effect`. Comes with a spacer attached for maximum privacy .. Works with most sonys that have the`Night Shot`feature (modified or not) This filter screws onto your camcorder lens and with the camcorders Nite-Shot mode turned on (or off depending on the camcorder*) you can see thru some fabrics under certain lighting conditions(there is tons of information on the net about this subject just go to `google.com`and type in `sony x-ray`) i also have other adapters for the other lens threads 25mm / 30mm ... My 58mm Filter has 58mm Male threads and 67mm Female Threads so you can use additional filters,or other camera accessorys .. This Filter Material produces the X-Ray Effect with some Security Cameras/Cell Phones/and numerous other Camera items .. Notice ::: The following camera works ok indoors and on cloudy days but won`t work outdoors in bright sunlight ``Sony HDR-SR5`` These Filters work indoors (as long as infrared light is present) as well as outdoors For a Limited Time .. with the purchase of my 58mm camcorder/camera filter i`ll include a FREE piece of IR Filter material for your cell phone/camera ( a small 3/4 by 3/4 inch piece ) to test or use on your cell phone .. if your cell phone has an IR Sensitive CCD .. To Receive this offer you Must Ask for it .. by sending me an email or leaving a note in the `notes area` of paypal when you pay for the item ..... i won`t include the free piece or send the second free piece ( for leaving feedback and filling out the `detailed seller ratings` part of the feedback ) if you do not request it ...... *My filters work directly off of the Infrared Sensitive CCD that Sony uses on their `Night Shot` camcorders. that is why my ONE filter works indoors and outdoors,replacing 3 of the glass filters with different `NM` ratings (the darkness of the filter to let in set amounts of light) With the `Night Shot` left `OFF` the Sony modification doesn`t kick in so My Filters don`t have to go around any modification that Sony does .. The glass filters have to be different darkness`s in order to let in the right amount of light for the conditions .. ie ..on a sunny day the filter would be very dark to only let in as much light needed to see but if its to much the Sony modification will kick in and `white out` the picture ( aperture is opened all the way ) but if you try to use the `1000nm` glass filter indoors or on a real cloudy day it won`t let in enough light to see well,if at all,so you would need a different nm rated filter for indoors like a 800nm filter... This filter will also work with some of the Sony `DCR` model camcorders (with nightshot) just use a 30mm to 37mm adapter (or the adapter that fits your camcorder check your owners manual for lens thread sizes) that screws onto the filter .. add $7.50 for the adapter ( no extra shipping ) and i`ll ship the adapter with the filter. (check with me .. via .. e mail to make sure i have the adapter that you need in stock) My Filters are made from `Optical Grade Plexiglass` the same type material that Eyeglasses are made from .. Cleaning :::: ..use any `micro fiber` cloth to clean my filters .. any `Eyeglass` dealer has these..since most `Eyeglass Lenses` are Plastic .. these cloths are the best thing to use to clean/polish my filter material ... Tip 1 ::::: you have to get Close to what your wanting to do the X-Ray Effect on .. either by moving closer to the subject or by zooming in .. before the X-Ray Effect will work .. Tip 2 ::::: the Darker the Fabric ~ the better X-Ray Effect you will have ...
