DELIVERY CONFIRMATION WITH USPS

All of the items I sell and ship with USPS will have delivery confirmation on that item. This means that your local carrier HAS to scan your item BEFORE they put it into your mailbox. Any item that has shown to be delivered on Pay-Pal or USPS.com, but buyer is saying they did not get, needs to be reported to your local post office or mail carrier. I cannot do anything about packages stolen from your mailbox as it is a federal offense and need to be reported.

Everything sold is described by looking, researching and testing the item to assure what we list is accurate. RazenKaneFarms does not play games, what you see is what you will get. I will try my best to have a POSITIVE trading experience with all our customers.

Payment

All payments are due within 7 days of a successful winning bid. You the customer have the right to choose Pay-Pal or Merchant Credit Cards (i.e. Discover, Visa, Mastercard) as your payment source. Should you bid and not pay, I will issue a Non Payment Reminder. If payment is not received within the 8 day grace period I will issue a NON PAY STRIKE. I am very easy to get along with if told there is an issue with your payment, however I am running a business and cannot wait forever for a payment.

Shipping

At my discretion I will ship either using USPS or UPS shipping company. The shipping price in the listing is set and is not subject to change unless buyer wishes to pay for faster method.
