Welcome, you are bidding on a 1930's era "Satin" pillow case from the Civilian Conservation Corps. This case is a C.C.C. Mother case. For information on the Civilian Conservation Corps see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Civilian_Conservation_Corps

The case is made from "Satin", probably rayon acetate . The back is made from a cotton like material and is solid light blue in color. The case measures approximately 16 inches by 16 inches, not including the fringe. The image has an a Bald Eagle over a pair of crossed US Flags with the CCC logo, the letters C.C.C. and a Mother poem.

The condition of the case is very good plus to excellent. There are no rips, tears, holes, stains, or other damage. There is some light folding.
