	Please use our Checkout system. If by chance you did not use our checkout system, please call us and let us know, so we can process your order properly.

	All domestic orders take from to 1-3 business days for us to process before we ship. While most order ship out same day, we do take up to 3 business days to ship. International orders take 2-7 days to process before we ship, mostly for verification. (Even if you are upgraded to express delivery, the processing time does not change. If you need something guaranteed to ship out when you place the order, call us, and we can try to accommodate you.)


	We are not responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees to our valued Canadian or Overseas customers. This includes main orders, backorders, reships, or accessory orders. We will not and cannot mark items for lower values, or as gifts.


	Packages cannot be rerouted mid-delivery, nor can they be held at UPS stations.


	Please note that it will cost extra to ship to Hawaii, Puerto rico & Alaska


	We collect sales tax when we ship to New York addresses.


	If using PayPal, please be aware that we will only ship to the address listed in your PayPal account. Additionally, it must be an address that PayPal confirms as "OK to Ship". If you have any questions about this, feel free to call us.


	Overseas customers: Call or email us for shipping and insurance quotes for your orders. Do not just order, and then ask afterwards what it costs to ship. Often times it’s more than you think. We don’t need the hassle of cancelling half our overseas orders.


	Our prices are intended for end users only. If you are a reseller, please contact us for resale pricing.


	Our exchange policy is 7 days from when you receive the unit. For returns, there is 5-15% restock fee only for unused or DOA merchandise. We do not pay for your shipping back to us, but we will pay to ship the exchange out to you. For Projectors and TVs, there is no return policy, please use the manufacturer’s warranty for service.


	All products listed as NEW, are indeed NEW IN BOX items. We do not list items as NEW and ship REFURBISHED items.

	All of our products are covered by a warranty of 1 years parts and 90 days for labor. Due to our very low low prices, we are prevented from listing our items with manufacturer warranty. Our products are the same as if you bought in stores

	We get about 1,000 emails every day. We get to them within 1-3 days from when you email us. If you have an emergency, or needs urgent info, it’s always better to call us. Additionally, please excuse our quick answers in ebay email, but we need to get to everyone. If you want a more clear and defined answer, call us!

	FINALLY AND MOST IMPORTANT: In the case you aren’t happy with our service, call us before posting feedback. We have customer service agents sitting by the phones from 10AM-6PM Monday through Thursday, and 10AM-2PM on Friday, every week. They do their best to satisfy every single customer.
