Here is another of my new listings. According to the Big Book of Buttons, the design was taken directly from a painting called "Listening to the Fairies" by Cuno Von Bodenhausen. The design, in lead pewter, is of the character, from Shakespeare's "Hamlet", sitting by the banks of a stream, among the sedges and cattails, listening with her hand cupped to her ear. There is also an owl in the foreground. It has a metal loop shank on a black lacquer back. Size is 11/16". As of 10/20/08, eBay only allows payments using Paypal and as of 9/22/09, Insurance Offers are over. Payment is expected within 10 days of auction end. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping. I do combine shipping, just let me know if you wish to take advantage of it. This item will be shipped via US Postal Service for $1.65 within the U.S.; additional shipping costs will be charged outside the U.S.
