About Sky Blue Distributing: We sell women's designer fashions found in high end department stores. Many of these items were on the sales floor at these stores within the past month selling for full retail prices up to $500! Most of the garments will have the original retail price tag as well as any mark down pricing. What does that mean to you? You are getting new brand name clothing for pennies on the dollar. We do not sell seconds nor defects. However, some garments may have signs of handling as customers have tried on the garments for proper fit, possibly a spot of makeup or lipstick, a dirty hemline as someone too short for a dress tried it on and dragged it on the carpet at the store, you know, you've tried on clothing before! Just wash it or dry clean it as the label instructs. Some garments have other signs of handling from the manufacturing/distribution process such as loose threads, missing beads or sequence, a small snag etc. We will make every effort to include a photo in the auction, however, we may miss one every once in a while. If you require a brand new garment that has never been tried on or handled before, we suggest that you purchase your items directly at a retail store and ask the sales clerk to go into the warehouse to find you the style, size and color you want that has not yet been on the retail floor. Most likely they will not be able to accommodate your request. If you can find one, expect to pay full retail prices. Unlike other sellers on ebay, we do offer a refund policy if you are unhappy with your purchase. You will receive the sales price less 15% restocking charge. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Contact us for a return authorization approval. Items that are returned without an RMA will not receive any credit. Any garments that have been in a smoking environment will not receive any credit.

Tag size discrepancy. We take extreme care while measuring each and every item for you. All measurements are taken with the garment lying naturally on a flat surface without stretching or pulling the fabric unless otherwise noted. We clearly state the exact measurements of the item in every listing.....and the exact measurements are what you need to go by. Tag sizes are irrelevant because they vary drastically from maker to maker and thus are highly unreliable! If you have any questions on how to determine your size, please ask before bidding!

Return Policy: We do our best to present accurate and detailed information about every item we sell, and desire to provide strong customer satisfaction and a very positive experience for our customers. Please refer to our excellent feedback score and feedback comments. If an item is not as described, whether new or gently worn, we offer a refund. Please email us for an RMA along with the reason that the item is being returned. Please print out the RMA and include it with the item being returned. Sorry, we do not refund freight charges. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to apply a 15% restocking fee under some circumstances.
