Set-up fee for Logo £16.95 (one-off payment)

Embroidery per garment charged at £1.95 up to 7000 stitches (sufficient for most text & logos). Additional stitches charged at 20p per 1000

A personal ebay listing will be created to cover the embroidery order.

PayPal is our preferred method of payment for all transactions. UK customers only, if you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please contact us first.

For international buyers we also accept International Bank Transfers, please contact us for our details in order to complete this method of payment.

Please Note: E-cheques through PayPal will take 10 days to clear, no goods will be dispatched until the e-cheque has cleared. If in doubt please check with PayPal whether your payment is instant or an e-cheque.

Shipping Policy

Items will be posted as soon as possible once cleared payment is received. This is normally 1-2 working days, but may occasionally take longer.

Please Note: All items destined for Italy, Malta & Lithuania must be shipped by Internationally Signed For Mail service, an additional surcharge of £3.80 will be added to your invoice where required.

If an item hasn't arrived please check with your local Sorting Office in case your parcel is being held there for any reason ,e.g. a failed delivery, but do not hesitate to contact us if we can help in any way.

In the event that an item goes missing in the Mail we must allow 15 working days from the date of dispatch as instructed by Royal Mail before they will class the item as missing. After this time has elapsed we will honour the postal insurance and claim for the loss against the Royal Mail.

Returns within 14 days are accepted on items that were purchased as BUY IT NOW items and the purchase price will be refunded but all postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the goods are not as described or faulty, however, all items are checked prior to dispatch.
