If an item is defective, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be printed clearly on the outside of the package that is being returned in order for us to process your return request. Defective products must be returned in its' original packaging with all accessories, including owner's manual. Defective product, missing accessories and/or original packaging will be repaired and/or replaced as received. Any return package that does not have an RMA number will be refused. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable in any situation. Return cost of any defective item is the sole responsibility of the customer. A 15% Restocking fee will applies to any non-defective returns. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of any credit applied to your account. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.

Please be aware that not all items are available for USPS shipping due to size and weight.
