Original WWI German Iron Cross 2nd Class medal with a section of its ribbon. Obverse of the Medal has a crown at top, a "W" in the middle and "1914" at the bottom. Reverse has a crown at the top, below that "FW", in the middle "Oak Leaves", and at the bottom "1813". Three piece construction, with outer Silver frames with an iron center core that is Magnetic. Silver borders have toned dark. Suspension ring is hallmarked "KO". New piece of ribbon.
