How are our figures?
All figurines are totally hand made. The process is completely handmade! No machine, no mold.
Who are the figurines made?
The figurines are sculpted by a group of ten sculptors who are over 10 years of experience in facial expression.
What materials are made figurines?
The  figurine's head and the body is made of polymer clay, which allows rendering of detail is very precise and beautiful.
Polymer clay is a non-toxic and non-corrosive and contains no lead.
It is a material based oxylite and alabaster. It can be shaped as necessary and becomes hard as stone after baking. This material can produce perfect details such as hair texture etc ...
The paint used is acrylic paint.
How to keep a figurine in good condition?
Your figurine is made of materials restistant over time, you keep it safely throughout your life! You can clean with a damp cloth to remove a task or dust. Your figurine will find all its glory. But do not expose to direct sunlight in order not to alter the colors.
What is the size of a figurine?
The figurines are all a size between 17 and 19 cm.
The head measures approximately 5 cm in height and body about 13 cm.
How heavy is a figurine?
1 person weighs around 300g and a couple weighs around 600g.
How long to get my figurine?
It takes a period of 5 / 6 weeks to receive your figurine.
Can I process my order urgently?
We can process your order urgently.

How long does the manufacture of a figurine?
The production takes several days between the time of sculpture, painting and baking. You should know that it takes an average of 8 to 10 hours of work to carve a single face!
Can I order multiple figurines?
You can order as many figurines as you want, we also work with businesses, professionals, sports clubs ... It is necessary to contact us at: contact@miniyoo.com for such order.
If you want to make several times the same figure, it will be carved several times because we do not mold. However a special rate will be applied.
What kind of photo should I send?
It is necessary to send a photo of the face, and recommended to send a profile photo. If you want to optimize the back of your figurine you can send a picture of your back to optimized the back of your figurine.
Beware, it is highly recommended to send photos with lighting which don't alter the colors. No pictures blurry, poorly focused, poorly framed, etc. ...
The photos are the essential basis of the work, the quality of your figurine will depend on the photos provided.
If you send a picture of you, without smiling, your smile will not make. For wedding's figurine it is not essential to hold married clothes. You can send a separate photo of your dress and costume (photo catalog, magazine ...).
Also, send photos of yourself that you like! If you send a photo of you who do not like it, it will be the same for your figure.
How do when the color of my eyes or my skin is different from the picture?

Can I track my production figurine?
Of course! For each figurine, a picture of your figurinee will be sent by email prior to baking. At this point, you can submit your comments and make the finishing touches on your faces. All change requests pertaining to information or photos that are not supplied with the order will be rejected or must pay. However, all of our figurines are handmade by artists sculptors, you must respect their design.
Can I make a figurine representing a celebrity or other?
Simply send us the pictures like you needed you order a classic figurine of your loved one. The figurine is made of quite normal. However, we can refuse an order if it is beyond the scope of French law and if make harm to another person or cause us problems.

We ship worldwide! At the same price. 
Can I ship figurine in different places?

How are shipped the figurines?
The figurines are shipped by Fedex, DHL, UPS, or Chronopost, colissimo.
How packed are the figurines?
All our figurines are extremely well packed to keep them and protect them from shock. It is almost impossible that they break during shipping. See here
I still have not received my figurine when it is sent, what to do?
If 10 days after sending the figurine, you do not receive your figurine, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@miniyoo.com , as well as the carrier, with your tracking number.
The figurine does not suit me, I find it does not look like 100% in the photo sent, what can i do?
The figurines are made entirely by hand, we can not ensure 100% similarity with the picture provided. We carry a representation of your person and not a portrait. Artists make every effort to design a figure like your photo. This gives you the responsibility to provide a good photograph of the person. No refund is possible since the figurine is an artistic work, and that buying from MiniYoo, you trust us, and you accept the design of the artist.
