All our items are Brand New and Factory Direct. We always try to depict our items as accurately as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for manufacturer's cut size, color/design variance, or individual monitor settings which may distort actual colors.
- Measure the total surface you need to cover by width and floor length.
- Determine the number of tiles needed by using the chart. We recommend that you purchase approximately 10% more tiles in order to cover for mistakes and/or replacements.
- Prior to installation, store the tiles at normal room temperature for at least 24 hours.
Example: A room that measures 8 feet wide x 10 feet long = 80 Square Feet & would require 4 boxes of tiles. Each box contains 20pcs so you would get 80pcs (80 Sq. Ft. in total)
