You are bidding on Incredible Hulk 181 German Edition 1999 Reprint CGC SIGNATURE SERIES 9.4 BY HERB TRIMPE.  This is the exact same version of the original bronze age issue except its in the german language.  An estimated 1500 of these are in circulation.  To make it even more rare, these were only available in Germany and nowhere else.  This is a rare book!  You will not see too many of these floating around.

This was exclusively signed w/ a Wolverine Head Sketch by the first man to draw Wolverine, Herb Trimpe.  This has been given the pristegious Yellow Label by CGC.  This is a truelly unique investment grade comic book.
