Shipping and Other Terms
Please read the shipping terms very carefully. We will package, crate, and ship to most business locations (with dock or forklift) or our contracted truck terminals in your area, for the following fixed rates:
$119 if you are within CA
$149 if you are West of the Mississippi River
$169 if you are East of the Mississippi River
$189 if your State is on the East Coast
Due to the shipping cost involved, we can only accept returns within 20 days of purchase, however, the buyer is required to pay all actual to/from shipping costs. We will not accept returns that have been damaged in any way and the item must be returned secured in the original crate / packaging.
Buyer must fully inspect the merchandise prior to signing carrier's acceptance form. A claim of shipping damage, discovered after delivery, by a buyer who accepts delivery, will be rejected by the carrier. Buyer should refuse any damaged shipments. Any damage noted on items before listing on Ebay, will be disclosed in the description; however, very minute, insignificant, or tiny minor surface blemishes may be overlooked and not noted.
The item described above, is an honest inspection base on our subjective visual observation and limited testing of the appliance. Many of our items are liquidated inventory which have been returned to the retailer, vendor, or manufacturer for various reasons. Buyer understands and agrees that this merchandise is being offered "as is" and with no warranty, other than the above 20 days return policy.
Please note that residential driveway deliveries of built-in refrigerators to most areas on the East Coast, some Mid West, and some other scattered U.S. areas may not be available due to limited truck liftgate availability in those areas. In these locations, we suggest that the buyer either arrange pick-up at the trucking dock or provide us with a commercial address with loading dock or fork lift to deliver to, such as a delivery or moving company. We ship within the lower 48 U.S. States only, Alaska, HI, and any of the Florida Keys are excluded from shipping. Sorry, no international shipping, which includes Mexico and Canada.
