PLEASE NOTE: As silly as it seems, we have had buyers try to haggle shipping. So, we just wanted to to be aware upfront that we will NOT negotiate shipping prices. We DO offer shipping discounts on multiple purchases. The United Postal Service has raised their rates, not our fault - sorry. Included in shipping is also handling fees.

We try to be as timely with our shippings as possible. We are a mother/daughter team that share this Ebay store operating out of two homes. I work away Monday - Thursday and take care of all shipments on Thursdays. My daughter is a young mother working on ebay in between mommy duties of 3 children. Please note with her shipping she tries to get her items out as quickly as possible but a sick child, weather etc. are all reasons not to go to the post office. Of course she will try to keep you posted on the status of your merchandise.

With postal changes and rate increases we tend to only ship First Class. We try to keep shipping charges as low as possible. Large items will now be shipped via FED EX unless shipped to Canada. We regret to inform our international customers, but we now only ship to the US and Canada because of rate increases.

We ship ALL merchandise! We have nothing to gain by simply taking your money and not shipping your item(s). This is our business and we try our hardest to keep our feedback perfect.

SHIPPING INSURANCE: With new Ebay policy, once again we will specify in our listing if insurance is included with the item. Insurace will be included IF SPECIFIED, FRAGILE, delivered with FED EX or UPS or your order is over $50.00.

Please note: We ARE NOT responsible and CAN NOT guarentee shipping times. Take into consideration postal delays, holidays, weather issues, weekends. Once the package has left our hands we can not guarentee arrival date. This is especailly true with our Canadian customers. We value your business and thank you, BUT sometimes it takes a while to get through customs. We have had packages take 1-6 weeks depending. We apologize, but it is out of our hands.
