IJA equuipment strap about 3/4 inches wide, 36 inches long.  In very good condition, brown leather, iron roller buckle, some scuffs but no weak spots,stout and sturdy.  Could hae been used to hold equipment, binoculars, etc to those famous IJA backpacke with all the strap loops,etc.
