I bought this media player as a gift for my wife, but she doesn't use it. It is in EXCELLENT condition, as I placed a screensaver on the display when I gave it to her. It comes with the USB cable, ear buds and an audio jack for the car. I don't have the CD, but easy to download media from Windows media player. GREAT DEAL!.
