We will issue a refund or exchange as long as the item has not been worn outside or shows any wear. Please include a note of explanation, your order # or copy of invoice, and an $5 re-shipping fee for exchanges only. If International, actual shipping cost will be required. If we mistakenly sent you the wrong item, please contact us to make arrangements on shipping the item back to us. Please place the shoebox inside another box to avoid damaging the original packaging. Otherwise, a $10 re-stocking fee will apply if the appropriate original packaging is not included.
