Yes it is..... Real as it gets.  These are the first in a set of 25 boxes each filled with red vinyl records of the Greatest Recordings of the Big Band Era line.  All are in great (and i cannot stress GREAT enough) condition.  The boxes have only a little wear and the records and sleeves almost none.  Included in each are the 4 records, the book, the original subscriber letter, and of course the great book like box.  This is another great find at ODDS 2no ENDS!!  Records number 1-8 here together for 1 great price.
