I am sure anyone looking at this knows more about Coin Covers than I do so I shall just stick to the basics.

The coin is encapsulated so is in the same condition as it was when issued. The cover is in good condition and if I can tell you any more please ask.

If you buy and more than one of the covers I have listed this evening and pay for them in the same transaction then the second and subsequent covers are just an additional 25p each or 60p each if outside the UK.

I prefer payments by PayPal as you then receive your items more quickly and if you are buying from outside the UK then this is the only way I can accept payment and it must be in GB pounds. I am quite happy for UK buyers to pay by cheque but please see my "ME" page on how this affects delivery.

POSTAL COSTS: Based on the weight of the item which is listed above we have shown two options (unless the item is likely to sell for more than £50.00) for postage in the UK, one for European destinations and one for the rest of the world.

INSURANCE: Any item, or combination of items, that sells to one buyer for £50.00 or more will only be sent using an insured method of post. If an item does not have an insurance option (Recorded or Special Delivery in the UK - Airsure or Signed For outside the UK) then please wait for me to send you an invoice before making the payment. If you are outside the UK and require Insurance on an item that sold for £50.00 or less then please ask me.

PACKING CHARGE: Please see my feedback to confirm the items are packed well and please bear in mind that cheap packaging is not good and good packaging is not cheap. The postal costs we show include a small cost towards the packaging used. This is usually £1.00 per item although for stamp sales it is usually £0.50 and for Porcelain & China items it is £2.00. We have to guess the weight of packing and therefore occasionally we incorrectly estimate the amount of shipping and handling therefore we offer a price promise as follows: - If the amount we charge you for shipping and handling is £2.00 (GBP) or more above the actual cost of shipping we paid then we will refund you the difference between the shipping price you paid and the actual cost we paid PLUS £1.00. All you need to do to get the refund is email us via the contact seller button on eBay or at the address on the email we send you when the item has been shipped.

SHIPPING TIME: Items purchased will be sent within 3 WORKING DAYS (this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays) after receipt of cleared funds. I will email you when I send your item.

COMBINING ITEMS: If you are buying more than one item I will be happy to combine these where possible to reduce postage costs. Any item over 2KG will be expensive to send to addresses outside the UK and it may be neccessary to send it in two parcels.

I will only combine Ceramic Items up to a maximum of 2KG as above this weight the cost (for UK Special Delivery) jumps from £9.65 to £21.65 and the risk of breakage, in my opinion, increases dramatically.

PAYMENT TERMS: If you need to contact me please do so within three days of the end of the sale. I would appreciate payment within 7 days of sending you an invoice but if there is going to be a delay please tell me. Please note I will not declare a lower value on customs labels therefore please do not ask me to.

PICTURES & QUESTIONS: It is said a picture is worth a thousand words and therefore we will always try to provide you with enough pictures for you to see the condition of the item for yourself. In buying an item from us you agree that you have looked at any pictures provided and are happy with the condition of the item as shown. If you would like additional pictures all you need to do is ask. Please also check at the bottom of the listing to see if there is any further information in response to a question asked by another eBay member.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: I describe all my items as accurately as I can and will always answer any questions as soon as possible. If you buy an item from me and it is materially different to that described I will refund the purchase price and original post and packing (not the cost of return post or packing) in full when I receive the item back in the same condition I sent it.

I have only had to refund money on a couple of items due to breakage. However, if a claim needs to be made on the insurance it is a condition laid down by the Post Office that they have to be able to view the item and all the original packaging therefore please do not dispose of this before you are totally satisfied.

NON FAULTY GOODS BOUGHT USING BUY IT NOW
The Distance Selling Regulations introduced a cooling off period, i.e. a right for you to cancel your order. You may return any goods bought this way provided we receive them back within 14 days of purchase, as long as the goods (and the packaging) are in re-saleable condition. When the goods are received we will give you a full refund of the purchase price AND the original Shipping and Handling Cost.  You will be required to meet the costs of returning the goods and any goods sent back to us for refunds must be sent by a signed for service.

RETURNS or NON COMPLETION DUE TO CHANGING YOUR MIND HAVING WON AN ITEM VIA AN EBAY AUCTION

Like any seller we would rather you do not bid if you think you might just change your mind at the end of the auction or when you have received the item exactly as described but not what you wanted. Unfortunately this does happen sometimes and because it means that we have not actually sold an item that we believed we had we have to charge a restocking fee. 
We will accept these returns provided we receive them back within 14 days of purchase, as long as the goods (and the packaging) are in re-saleable condition. The restocking fee in either instance is £10 per item if the selling price was £50.00 or more or £5.00 if the selling price was less than £50.00. When the goods are received we will give you a full refund of the purchase price LESS the original Shipping and Handling Cost LESS the restocking fee.
You will be required to meet the costs of returning the goods and any goods sent back to us for refunds must be sent by a signed for service.
